Can’t Use Sidewalks on 3rd

By Rick Swinger
People have to walk in the middle of the street on 3rd between Sunset and Rose because people remove their “stuff” from storage and dump it on 3rd or tenters take up the complete sidewalk and sometimes spill into the street.

Your photograph is evidence of nothing other than two people with a stroller who appear to be crossing the street. And that is all that photo indicates.

You call my pic BS? You are full of it! Both sides of 3rd have been blocked by pollution big bulky items 3 to 4 man tents shopping carts umbrellas and assorted stolen bikecycle frames even recently hot wired electrical hazards running across the sidewalk. Not to mention dozens of folks lazing flat ass to the sidewalk recovering from the last night partying. I just called out your Bullshit!

The people in that photo are walking in a diaganol direction. That is evidence that they were crossing the street, not walking in it because of a blocked sidewalk.

That doesn’t look like two people walking in the middle of the street. It looks like two people crossing the street.

Most important is the 2 large flatscreen TV which is consider E-Waste which has harmful Lead and Mercury which should be recycled at a E-Waist drop off location. You don’t want this on the sand at the beach where kids play in that sand. We should talk to Public Storage about having an onsite recycling center so their waste doesn’t pollute our beach environment like its been doing for decades!
