Neighbors finished installing planter boxes completely around the Venice Post Office which is a triangle. All planters boxes are filled with succulents put there by neighbors to beautify the area.
The neighbors keep the succulents watered using the post office water and keep the area clean of litter. There was a pile of top soil left over with a “Free” sign on top.
Another example of Venice doing for itself, of solving it’s own problems with real solutions. This is self-rule and Cityhood in motion. This is why detachment is critical for the future of Venice.
