Please let us know what we can do to help out and keep these developments from proceeding forward. If you look at Orange County three cities including Irvine just came out in force to reject the county plan to build homeless housing in their neighborhoods. we should do the same.
Your photographs and mockery of the homeless are pretty tasteless. I’m talking about the bench photo (“you might as well be comfortable and there is nothing like a good night’s sleep”) Really ? And the bottle collector photo (“Oh no… his sack broke. Depressing and Disgusting”) where a person is trying to do something/anything to earn some money. Did you get that person’s permission to post his photo ? (I guess to you he’s subhuman). I will make a mental note that when walking in MDR, not to carry any bottles in a bag lest I be photographed and posted to the (thankfully) not widely read TriangleUpdate blog.
I’m sick of the response for the poor homeless blah blah and their rights to sleep and dump anywhere they like. Well, what about the rights of the homeowners? What about our quality of life? You people that defend them do so because it isn’t in your back yard. Ship them all out or better yet you softies for the homeless take them into your homes.
Hello, you may be aware that the county is trying to “destroy” fisherman’s village in order to:
1- turn it into a parking lot; or
2- tear it down to build a non-descript 5 story mixed use that will tripple the traffic WITHOUT widening the streets WITHOUT relocating the Sheriff’s office.
What will that mean? Traffic on Admiralty Way and Lincoln that will paralyze the entire Marina-Venice-Playa region.
What can you do?

stew herrera { Hi. Noticed a glaring inaccuracy- it's not the 91 Freeway. It's the 90 freeway. It probably also ought to be noted that the folks living there were consulted. Absolutely. Will do.
Well, gosh, I don’t really know how to answer you on that. Do you have a specific correction, comment?
In the article boat owners yell “No”, there seems to be a lot of misinformation being spewed. Do you check the facts before posting on the internet?
