1057 Indiana Ave will be heard 2 June, 10:30 am, at West A Municipal Bldg, 1645 Corinth Ave, LA 90025.

Owner wants a 5-foot rear yard in lieu of a 15-foot rear yard.

52-54 Windward Ave will be heard 13 June at 1 am, West LA Municipal Building, 1645 Corinth Ave, LA 90025.

Owner seeks approval of plans to review the effectiveness and compliance of the conditions of the previous grant and to allow for the continued sale and dispensing of a full line of alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption, in conjunction with an existing 5,894 square foot bar/lounge (2,659 square-foot ground level bar and a 3,235 square-foot basement bar having a 451 square-foot dance floor) featuring a disc jockey on the first floor, live entertainment and dancing on the basement, and the continued use of the pool table; and 2) Modification of Condition No. 7 of Case No. ZA 2009-2124(CUB)(CUX)(ZV)(CDP)(SPP)(PA1), to allow a decrease of patron seating from 74 to 66 seats on the ground level bar and 71 to 56 on the basement level bar; and proposed hours of operation for the ground floor from11:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m., daily and 6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., daily for the basement.

20 Sunset Ave will be heard 20 June at 10 am, West LA Municipal Bldg, 1645 Corinth Ave, LA 90025.

The remodel and second-story addition to a one-story, single-family dwelling; resulting in a two-story, single-family dwelling with a roof deck and basement level, providing four parking spaces. The project will maintain an existing detached accessory structure comprised of a second-story recreation room above a two-car garage.

Owner wants a Coastal Development Permit for the proposed remodel and second story addition, within the single- permit jurisdiction of the California Coastal Zone. Owner wants a height adjustment of 30 feet in lieu of permitted 28.
