LUPC to Meet Vera Davis Center, Monday

Land Use and Planning Committee (LUPC) will meet today (2 November) from 6:30 to 10:30 pm at the Vera Davis Family Source Center, 610 California Ave.

Amendments to the Venice Land Use Plan will be considered. Correct the definition of Remodel (the LUP definition is not the definition for the Coastal Zone as is indicated 
and is also not consistent with the CEQA definition, which is for minor interior or exterior alterations (which 
COULD be measured by assuring retention of 50% of the STRUCTURE.

Projects for “de minimis” consideration are 700 Indiana, 659 Boardway, and 1317 Cabrillo.
